'Success creates arrogance--arrogance creates complacency--complacency leads to failure.'

'Good people are good because they've come to wisdom thorough failure.'

See?! So why feel afraid of failure? Since failure is generally thought as extremely terrible and harmful, but wise thoughts and incredibly great achievements always come after failure.

Try to think about the process that every baby must have when he or she's learning how to walk--none of all the babies in the world can stand up and walk without falling down to the ground for sevral times.

Trying hard to stand up by oneself, staying still, and then one walks. Next, losing balance, feeling tired, accidentally stepping some obstacles or just walking too fast... coming up is to fall, getting hurt and feeling confused or disappointed about the fall.

That is what we call a failure, and no one can deny that only after repeating many times of falling then you can walk more steadily with full confidence, simply because you remember how many times you fell and how painful they were and you also realise why you walked so awfully so that you badly fell. That is how and why you eventually succeed!

Failure is not equal to shame; conversely, it is equal to being good. Only if you can't understand why you fail and never try to learn the power and wise thoughts on failure then you'd never successfully get what you want and forever lose.
